Tickets bought six months in advance were NEVER DELIVERED
I bought two tickets for Billie Eilish's concert in Amsterdam six months in advance. We arranged the whole trip around this event.
A couple of days prior to the event, I got an email from Ticketbande that the tickets would arrive shortly before the event and that there was no point in writing to them as that 'would not expedite the process.' It was 15 minutes before the event when we got an email from them in which they said: 'Unfortunately, the provider you commissioned has not delivered the tickets despite our request. This is also very annoying for us as a platform, and we can only apologize to you. All attempts to organise replacement tickets for you in the last few days have unfortunately failed. The event is completely sold out.' As if we commissioned anyone else but Ticketbande!
The tone - it is annoying to us - is also beyond belief! Customers seem to be buying a possibility of a ticket, and the sellers get to bid with the tickets and sit on their money for months.
This practice needs to be banned! Finally, I got a 518 euros refund, while I initially paid 610 euros.

Ticket Bandits! Total thieves. You do not get the tickets you paid for, if you get any tickets at all. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS praying on your excited T to go to a concert or whatever the event!!!!
We ordered the most expensive front of the stage floor tickets for Bruce Springsteen in Milan and they delivered the super cheap back of the floor tickets.

I don’t have my tickets
I have tickets for Wednesday 11 June for Billie Eilish concert and still havent received my tickets. I need to travel to Paris and have paid for travel and accommodation. This kind of service is not acceptable and the 2 tickets have costs me 1000 euros.

Yes I have contacted the company they just say I will receive my tickets in time. They only answer emails but not their phone.
The concert is Tuesday 1st April. I intend to speak to my bank but I doubt they'll be able to help me as it was a debit card.
I am still waiting to receive my tickets for ushers concert in London on 1st April 2025.
They answer my emails informing me they will be emailed to me.
Apparently they are not the ticket providers, ticket providers should be included in the confirmation email. This was not provided.
They don't answer the phone it appears to be unobtainable.
One very concerned customer.

Tickets not arrived
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Ticketbande regarding concert tickets I had purchased in advance. Despite their promises of on-time delivery, the tickets never arrived on time, leaving me scrambling for a last-minute solution.
Their customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive, providing no clear solutions or updates.
For a company that claims to be professional, this lack of reliability and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend using their services for any important event where time is of the essence.

Tickets not delivered
We booked 5 tickets for ACDC concert in Zurich, June 2024.
The tickets were supposedly sent to our hotel, but they never arrived.
We have been chasing our tickets as well as Ticketbande via email, phone and no one answers the phone. As per the email, we have been told for the last 4 months that our tickets would arrive. The concert is taking place tomorrow and the 5 tickets cost us 3000 euros.
As per today, they are considered lost and we do not know what to do or how to act towards this scam company that is TICKETBANDE.
We would appreciate your help and feedback.

I was reassured up until yesterday that the tickets would arrive in due course, but the transfer didn't take place. When I went to the box office with the information, I was advised that this was a fraudulent ticket sale and we had no tickets. I am still not able to make contact with anyone from the company to discuss a refund, so it seems to be a complete scam.
